Bhilwara Tex-Fin announced that Mansi Prakash has resigned from the post of Company Secretary designated as KMP of the Company with effect from 04 October 2016.Further to this, Archana Aggarwal has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company designated as Key Managerial Personnel and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 04 October 2016.
