Bloom Dekor approves director's rustigation

W.e.f. 17 February 2014

Bloom Dekor announced that its board of directors have approved the removal of Chirag Mehta, independent director under Section 283 of the Companies Act, 1956 due to not attending consecutively three board meeting without leave of absence with effect from 17 February 2014.
