At meeting held on 31 March 2015

Alpha Hi-tech Fuel announced that at the Board Meeting of the Company held for the purpose on 31 March 2015, the company has appointed the following Key Managerial Personnels (KMPs).

1. Alpa Haren Shah (Chief Executive Officer, w.e.f. 01 April 2015)
2. Ajita Jayant Shah (Chief Financial Officer, w.e.f. 01 April 2015)
3. Vijay Vinod Mulwani (Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, w.e.f. 22 May 2015).
