Board of Amrutanjan Health Care recommends 2nd interim dividend

Amrutanjan Health Care announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 February 2018, inter alia, have recommended the 2nd interim dividend of Rs 1.1 per equity Share (i.e. 55%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
