Anil Special Steel Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 June 2015, inter alia, has approved the following;1. Board has approved the resignation of Shiv Shankar Sharma, Director of the Company.
2. Board has approved the appointment of Trishna Tripa Bawa as Additional Director on the Board.
3. Board has approved the appointment of M/s. Goyal & Company, Cost Accountant, Jaipur for conducting audit of cost records of the Company for the financial year 2015-16.
