Anugraha Jewellers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 December 2014, considered and approved the following matter:

- Resignation of Ashok Bothra from the Directorship of the Company and he ceases to be the Director of the Company with effect from 04 December 2014.
