Rutron International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 December 2014, has transacted the following:

1. The Board has approved the resignation of Hitesh Pandya from the position of Director of the Company with effect from 04 December 2014.

2. The Board of Directors of the Company has reviewed the routine operational activities of the Company and affirms their satisfaction over the operations of the Company.
