Board of Associated Stone Industries (Kotah) approves bonus issue

At meeting held on 06 August 2016

Associated Stone Industries (Kotah) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 August 2016, (commenced at 11:00 a.m. and concluded at 1.00 p.m.), inter alia, have approved the following:

- Bonus Issue: Bonus Issue in the proportion of 1:4 i.e. 1 (one) Bonus Share of Re. 1/- each to every existing 4 (Four) fully paid up Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each held, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
