The Board of AU Small Finance Bank at its meeting held on 13 December 2019 has finalized a potential candidate for the position of Part-Time Chairman (Independent Director) to be appointed from 30 March 2020 in view of completion of tenure of current Part-Time Chairman (Independent Director).As mandated under the extent norms of Reserve of Bank India ('RBI'), the Bank will submit an application to the RBI for seeking approval for the appointment of the new Part-Time Chairman (Independent Director) of the Bank.
