At meeting held on 21 April 2021

The Board of Authum Investment & Infrastructure at its meeting held on 21 April 2021 has approved the appointment of Sanjay Dangi (DIN: 00012833) as an additional Non Executive Non Independent Director of the Company. The Board also considered resignation of Navin Kumar Jain (DIN: 00465888) as an Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. 21 April 2021.
