Board of Automobile Corporation of Goa approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 29 October 2015

Automobile Corporation of Goa announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 October 2015, have noted/approved the following:

1. S. V. Salgaocar, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company has resigned from the Board effective 29 October 2015.

2. Shrinivas V. Dempo has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board effective 29 October 2015.

3. Raghwendra Singh Butola has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective 21 October 2015.
