Board of Capital Trust approves allotment of equity shares

At meeting held on 29 March 2016

Capital Trust announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 March 2016, has approved the following:

1. Allotment of 30,75,000 Equity shares at Rs. 217/- Issue price on preferential basis to Non-Promoters.

2. Allotment of 30,92,500 Equity shares against conversion of warrants to Yogen Khosla, promoter.
