Carborundum Universal announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 04 February 2017 inter alia to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the period ended 31 December 2016.Further, the Board will also be considering an Interim Dividend proposal for the year 2016-17 at this meeting.
