Centrum Capital announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2017 has approved to raise additional resources upto maximum amount of Rs 1000 Crore through FPO/QIP etc. The Board also noted the resignation of Vivek Vig & Pankaj Thapar, Non-Executive Directors of the Company w.e.f 29 May 2017.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
