Board of Century Enka accepts resignation of director

At meeting held on 30 October 2014

Century Enka announced that Rajendra Ambalal Shah, has resigned from the directorship of the Company with effect from 30 October 2014 and the Board of Directors has accepted the same in its Meeting held on 31 October 2014.
