Board of Claris Lifesciences apporves change in financial year

At meeting held on 08 November 2014

Claris Lifesciences announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 November 2014, inter alia, has approved and taken on record :

To Change the financial year of the Company from January - December to April - March . Accordingly, the Company's current financial year shall be for a period of fifteen months i.e. from 01 January 2014 to 31 March 2015.
