Claris Lifesciences announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 November 2014, inter alia, has approved and taken on record :To Change the financial year of the Company from January - December to April - March . Accordingly, the Company's current financial year shall be for a period of fifteen months i.e. from 01 January 2014 to 31 March 2015.
