The Board of Directors of Dhanlaxmi Bank has approved the allotment of 4,31,65,465 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 27.80 per Equity Share (including premium of Rs. 17.80 per Equity Share) on Preferential Allotment basis on 15 May 2017.
