Board of Dhanlaxmi Bank approves proposal to raise upto Rs 200 cr

At meeting held on 04 July 2016

Dhanlaxmi Bank announced that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on 04 July 2016, approved the proposal for further issue of Equity Shares upto a maximum of Rs. 200 crore on Preferential Allotment basis and hold Postal Ballot for seeking approval of shareholders for the same.
