Board of Ecoplast appoints company secretary & compliance officer

At meeting held on 12 February 2015

Ecoplast announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 February 2015 have appointed of Antony Pius Alapat, as Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. 16 February 2015.

Pursuant to Clause 47(a) of the Listing Agreements, Antony Pius Alapat is also appointed as the "Compliance Officer" of the company with effect from 16 February 2015 in place of Mahadev Desai, existing compliance officer of the Company.
