Board of Filatex Fashions decide to seek shareholders approval for change in main object

At meeting held on 15 June 2015

Filatex Fashions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 June 2015, has considered for amendment of main object by including E Commerce and other modifications.

The consent for the same from the shareholders is being sought through Postal Ballot for which the notice will be sent shortly.
