Board of Gandhi Special Tubes appoints company secretary

At meeting held on 29 January 2015

Gandhi Special Tubes announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 January 2015, has appointed Priyanka Borkar as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company in place of Kinjal Padrakar who has tendered her resignation as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company vide its letter dated 02 January 2015.
