Glenmark Pharmaceuticals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 October 2014 approved the following -Raising funds for an amount not exceeding USD 300 million through issue of equity shares or equity linked securites.
Increase in the investment limit of FIIs from 40% to 55%.
