Board of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals approves raising funds & FII investment limit

At meeting held on 30 October 2014

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 October 2014 approved the following -

Raising funds for an amount not exceeding USD 300 million through issue of equity shares or equity linked securites.

Increase in the investment limit of FIIs from 40% to 55%.
