Board of Godrej Industries approves fund raising up to Rs 1500 crore through NCD issue

At meeting held on 12 November 2019

The Board of Godrej Industries at its meeting held on 12 November 2019 has approved raising of funds by way of issuance of Unsecured Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs) / Bonds / Other Instruments, listed and / or unlisted, on private placement basis aggregating to an amount not exceeding Rs. 1,500 crore, in one or more tranches, during a year from the date of the approval by Shareholders.
