At meeting held on 11 February 2015
Godrej Properties announced that the Board at its meeting held on 11 February 2015 has appointed Mohit Malhotra as Executive Director on the Board of the Company for a period of three years with effect from 01 April 2015. Mohit Malhotra currently heads the Business Development function of the Company.The Board has also noted the resignation of V. Srinivasan - Executive Director of the Company, who will step down from the Board with effect from the close of business hours on 31 March 2015. As part of talent rotation within the Group, V. Srinivasan will be moving to another Group Company from 01 April 2015.
