Board of Goldiam International appoints company secretary & compliance officer

Goldiam International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 August 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the appointment of Pankaj Parkhiya as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from 10 August 2015.
