Board of Grandma Trading & Agencies approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 29 May 2015

Grandma Trading & Agencies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved:-

1. Appointment of Bharat Jain, as Compliance Office of the Company pursuant to provisions of Listing Agreement.

2. Appointment of Ayyalasomayajula Srinivas as Managing Director of the Company.

3. Appointment of Srinivasa Rao Pabbathi as the Whole Time Director of the Company and designated as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
