Board of Gulf Oil Corporation approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 25 September 2014

Gulf Oil Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 September 2014, has elected Ajay P. Hinduja as the Chairman in place of Sanjay G. Hinduja, who has retired by rotation at the AGM held on 25 September 2014 and has not offered himself for reappointment.
