Board of HDFC Life Insurance Company approves raising up to Rs 600 cr via NCD issue

At meeting held on 27 April 2020

The Board of HDFC Life Insurance Company at its meeting held on 27 April 2020 has approved raising of funds through issuance of NCDs in the nature of Subordinated debt instrument up to Rs. 600 Crore in one or more tranches, on private placement basis subject to receipt of all the Regulatory approvals.
