Hester Biosciences announced that the outcome of the Resolutions Passed by Board of Directors by Circulation on 30 June 2015:1. The Board has approved the appointment of Apaji Amin and Company LLP, Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the year 2015-16.
2. The Board has approved the resignation of Naman Patel as an Alternate Director to Dr. Siba Samal.
3. The Board has approved the appointment of Naman Patel as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from 30 June 2015.
