Board of Hexaware Technologies recommends dividend

Hexaware Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 July 2016, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 50%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
