IL&FS Investment Managers announced that the change in the composition of the Board of Directors of the Company as approved at the Board Meeting held on 03 May 2016, is as follows :

1. Siddharth Mehta, Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company has resigned as a Director of the Company

2. Shahzaad Dalal, Non-Executive Director of the Company has resigned as a Director of the Company
