Board of Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys approves preferential issue of warrants

At meeting held on 24 June 2016

Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 June 2016 have approved preferential issue of 10,00,000 warrants at Rs 165 each, convertible into equivalent number of equity shares of Rs 10 each to the promoter group entities subject to approval of members through postal ballot and such other necessary regulatory approvals.
