Board of Indian Overseas Bank does not recommend dividend

Indian Overseas Bank announced that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on 08 May 2015, do not recommend any dividend for the shareholders, for the Financial Year 2014-15, as the Bank does not conform to the eligibility criteria.
