Board of Indus Fila approves resignation of director

At meeting held on 30 May 2016

Indus Fila announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2016, inter alia, have considered and approved the followings :

1. Accepted the resignation of Savita Nitin Mandana, Director with immediate effect.

2. Accepted the resignation of Gerhard Bornemann, Chairman with immediate effect.
