Khemani Distributors & Marketing announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 December 2016 has approved sub-division of equity shares of 1 equity share of Rs 10 each into 2 equity shares of Rs 5 each and amendment of capital clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company.
