Board of Kohinoor Foods approves change in company secretary

At meeting held on 16 August 2019

The Board of Kohinoor Foods at its meeting held on 16 August 2019 has approved the appointment of Deepak Kumar Kaushal as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. 14 August 2019, in place of Ankit Sharma who has resigned as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 10 July 2019.
