Board of Linear Industries appoints director

Linear Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 March 2015, has approved and appointed Garjana Rothore as a Professional Additional Woman Director of the Company u/s 149(1) & 161 of the Companies Act 2014 w.e.f. 31 March 2015.
