Board of Lumax Industries appoints company secretary and compliance officer

At meeting held on 24 July 2015

Lumax Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 July 2015, inter alia, has taken the following decision:

- Nominated Shwetank Tiwari as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 01 August 2015 in place of B.S. Bhadauriya.
