Board of Marathon Nextgen Realty approves bonus issue

At meeting held on 03 November 2015

Marathon Nextgen Realty announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 November 2015, has approved issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of One (1) new equity share for every Two (2) equity shares held, subject to approval of shareholders.
