Board of Modern Shares & Stockbrokers approves change in directorate

Modern Shares & Stockbrokers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 February 2015, have appointed Ashok T. Kukreja as additional director & accepted the resignation of Radhakrishna Shenvi & Monish Shewakramani.
