Board of MRF approves proposal of voluntary delisting from Madras Stock Exchange

At meeting held on 26 November 2014

MRF announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 November 2014, approved the proposal of voluntary delisting of the Company's Equity Shares from Madras Stock Exchange (MSE) subject to compliance with Regulations 6 and 7 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.
