The Board of NCL Research and Financial Services at its meeting held on 26 November 2018 has approved the following -Accepted the Resignation of Vijay Jaideo Poddar from Managing Director/Director of the company.
The Company has appointed Goutam Bose as Managing Director (Executive) of the Company subject to approval of Members.
The Company has appointed Amita Bose as Independent Director (Non-Executive) of the Company subject to approval of Members in the EOGM/AGM or by Postal Ballot.
