Board of North Eastern Carrying Corporation approves change in company secretary

At meeting held on 20 January 2015

North Eastern Carrying Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 January 2015, has accepted the resignation of Saurabh Agrawal, from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect.

Further the Board of Directors has appointed Hemanshu Yadav, as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect.
