The Board of Phillips Carbon Black at its meeting held on 08 April 2021 has appointed Rusha Mitra (DIN: 08402204) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Lady Director of the Company with effect from 8 April 2021 for a tenure of 5 years subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
