Board of Pooja Entertainment & Films approves change in company secretary

At meeting held on 31 October 2014

Pooja Entertainment & Films announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 October 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:

1. Resignation of Deepika Trivedi from the post of Company Secretary with effect from 30 October 2014;

2. Appointment of Sneha Poojari as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 31 October 2014.
