Power Finance Corporation announced that pursuant to Ministry of Power, Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 03 November 2015 have appointed Arun Kumar Verma, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Power, Govt. of India as Director (Government Nominee) on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 13 October 2015 vice B.
