Board of PVR recommends final dividend

PVR announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended payment of final dividend @ Rs 2.50 each share subject to the approval by the members of the Company in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
