Board of Rathi Steel & Power allots Redeemable Cumulative Non Convertible Preference Shares

At meeting held on 31 March 2015

Rathi Steel & Power announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 March 2015, has allotted 1,25,66,748 (One Crore Twenty Five Lacs Sixty Six Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Eight) Redeemable Cumulative Non Convertible Preference Shares of Rs. 10/- at a premium of Rs. 15/- per share each.
