Sah Petroleums announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 November 2014, inter alia, has approved the following :- Approved Change of Name of the Company from "Sah Petroleums" to "Gulf Petrochem" subject to approval of Registrar of Companies/MCA and Members of the Company at the ensuing Extra-ordinary General Meeting.
