Board of Sah Petroleums approves change in company's name

At meeting held on 13 November 2014

Sah Petroleums announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 November 2014, inter alia, has approved the following :

- Approved Change of Name of the Company from "Sah Petroleums" to "Gulf Petrochem" subject to approval of Registrar of Companies/MCA and Members of the Company at the ensuing Extra-ordinary General Meeting.
