Board of Sahyadri Industries appoints CEO and CFO

At meeting held on 16 January 2020

The Board of Sahyadri Industries at its meeting held on 13 January 2020 has approved the appointment of Tuljaram Maheshwari as CEO and CFO of the company with effect from 16 January 2020.

M K Sharma on his retirement is relieved from his duties as CFO with effect from 13 January 2020.
